Over the years, it has been a privilege to take a proactive role in identifying key challenges with the team and implementing new systems to streamline workflows, reduce strain on resources, and improve both quality and efficiency, all while lowering costs.
The goal was to achieve more with less—streamlining overworked areas without running into additional fees, while still allowing room for larger creative concepts and new ideas. By optimising pre-production processes, improving studio workflows, and taking a leadership role in post-production retouching, Le Col now boasts premium, consistent, and color-accurate eCommerce images that elevate product pages and enhance the customer experience.
